SEE EVERYTHING - EVEN AT NIGHT - WITH A LOW LIGHT CAMERA!
You may need a low light camera. A regular security camera is not good enough when you're trying to capture video at night or in dim conditions (trust me - been there, done that). Nothing's more frustrating then trying to do a job when you don't have the right tools to get it done. A low light camera (with a black and white picture) will be able to "see" in three times less light than the standard security cam - you'll only be throwing your money away if you purchase the wrong camera. If your purpose for getting a security camera is to monitor outside activities (at your door or somewhere else around your house or business), then you have to remember that most criminal acts to your place will occur at night (stupid criminals are like cockroaches, aren't they). That's why we recommend that you consider getting one of these types of cameras.
Low Light Camera . . . . . . . . Regular color camera
Get a small enough low light camera and you can hide them in places like this:

Here's the words of a couple of people that have utilized these cameras: "I have four security cameras. Late one night, as I was laying on the couch, I heard some movement outside of my kitchen window. With my security cameras, I could plainly see two young kids in my car. When the police showed up within minutes, I provided the police with my footage. The lawyers for the two kids, after reviewing the tapes, decided it would probably be best to just plead guilty . . ." - Chase Cookson Catching Neighborhood Pranksters: "Most every neighborhood has one or two annoying kids that think it is funny to do things like ring the doorbell late at night. Well, I know a couple of these kids and I don't think it's funny. After hooking up my new Spy Cam, all I had to do was rewind the tape in my VCR the next morning. Turns out it was the kid next door. When his parents saw it they were shocked. I have never had that problem again." - Mat Perkins
Not only do I recommend getting the small & tiny versions of these cameras (spy cams) but if you get the wireless versions, then you don't have to mess with running wire from the camera to your VCR or digital video recording device.
