"What Home Security Products Do I Need Outside My Home?"
Custom Search
Think about it, the average burglar does not want to draw attention to themselves - so give them what they don't want. When they sneak up to YOUR home, flood lights will light-up the yard and should be enough to make their evil hearts skip a beat! Besides the floodlights, home security signs displayed in your yard and security stickers on your windows are a low-cost trick to keep the burglars out (unless the morons can't read). "How about inside my home?"With today's technology, more people are using a wireless home alarm to protect not only their home but their apartments, college dormitories, retail stores and more. Next on the top of my list of would be, home door security products. If a burglar is going to get into your home, then they're going to get in through your doors or windows (not often do they come through your walls - but with bonehead criminals, you never know!).You have several different inexpensive products to choose from to help protect yourself at these important spots in your home. How about a magnetic door alarm with a 110 decible siren when your door or window is opened or a electronic dog that senses someone approaching your house and "scares" them away. Other "sensing" gadgets are: A Window alarm that senses vibrations when someone tries to break though or how about a volumetric alarm that monitors small changes in air pressure created by opening or closing a door or window. You might also want to install one or more wireless motion detectors to inexpensively protect your home. Now for the obvious: A HOME SECURITY LOCK installed on your doors goes a long way in making it hard on the burglar. Dead bolt locks and reinforced door frames are a good idea. You might even have to install HOME WINDOW SECURITY BARS to further protect your home. "What other home security products should I think about?"If the idiotic crooks aren't scared off by your security lights and other home security products, then you are most likely dealing with someone that's a bit more of a hardcore (stupider) criminal. For the extra level of home security, let's look at the following more advanced home security products:My personal favorite is the SECURITY CAMERA. Not only does a security camera deter the would-be burglar or vandal, but it catches them in the act! Home outdoor security cameras can be mounted in plain view to scare them away or hidden out of site to catch their stupidity in action. HOME ALARM SYSTEMS are great way to protect your home in case of a break-in. If a break in does occur, the home security monitoring company will immediately contact the police. Your break-in alarm can either be ear-splitting loud to scare the punk away or set to a silent alarm (to catch stupid bubba digging through your underwear drawer). A small monthly fee for the monitoring service, buys you peace of mind. If you don't install an alarm system, at least get some of the cheaper home security products available.
"Can I Trust Those That Have Access
Babysitters, nannies, maids, friends with keys to your home, even your spouse. What goes on when you're not there? Small hidden security cameras can help. NANNY CAMS are small "pin hole" cameras installed in common household objects like clocks, radios, stuffed animals, ect... How is your nanny treating your kids? Is your babysitter actually sitting on your kids? Are they going through your valuables? If you wonder - get a nanny cam and find out.
