Some time ago, I read about a really stupid criminal. Late one night, a man, obviously desperate for alcohol, decided to rob a liquor store after hours. His plan was as simple as it was stupid. He would throw a cinder block through the front window, grab some booze, and hightail it out of there before the police arrived. Unfortunately, he didn't realize that the window was made of plexi glass. The cinder block bounced off the glass, and smashed into his head, knocking him out cold. The entire incident was caught on tape.
